Having witnessed his parents' brutal murder as a child, millionaire philanthropist Bruce Wayne fights crime in Gotham City disguised as Batman, a costumed hero who strikes fear into the hearts of villains. From the hit film Batman (1989) starring: Michael Keaton and Jack Nicholson, this is a Real Prop Bat Disc. This Prop Disc and ones like it were Shot out of the Batmobile in the film. The Prop Bat Disc is Black in Color with a Pebble Type, Texture on both sides. It is Hollow and made out of a Plastic type of material. The Signature Bat Emblem  is Embossed into the Center of the Front Surface of the Disc. The front of Bat Disc is also Convex and Curves towards the Edge and back of Disc.The Back of Disc also has Pebble Texture and is Flat. The Batman Prop Bat Disc Measures 7.5 inches in diameter x 1.5 inches thick.
 
The Bat Disc is in Excellent Screen Used condition. It does have a hole in both Front and Back that looks like it was drilled through the center. This was so it could be attached to the Shooting Mechanism that Shot the Discs out of the Batmobile during the 1989 Film.
 
The Batman Real Prop Bat Disc was Originally Obtained from a Universal Studios Charity Auction. Universal Studios originally Authenticated the item. This auction actually had several Batman Props from this film and Batman Returns. We at Reel Art purchased this item at this event and also Authenticated it as a second source. The Bat Disc will come with a Certificate of Authenticity from us at Reel Art and also a copy of Original Invoice from Universal Studios as shown in picture.
