Returns Policy

You are fully welcome to return your item for any reason within 60 days of purchase, no questions asked, as long as you are the original purchaser. 

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Fill out information and be sure to tell us why you wish to return item. We will contact you with authorization and further instructions how to proceed.

If you wish to return your order for an exchange or refund, you must first contact us so that your request can be processed on our system. Please do not send items back without authorization. You must include a copy of the Authorization form that you will receive after the return has been approved. Your return must be received back to our warehouse in the manner it was sent in original box unused. Once inspected, We will happily refund your purchase price minus any shipping charges incurred. Or you can exchange your item for another and receive a full credit towards the new item. Any item item received back used or soiled may be subject to service charges and possibly refusal of return. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. Do not send item back "Signature Required." If it is received in that manner the package will be refused.

 

If an order is returned to us because delivery has been refused, or because an incorrect address has been provided, the item/s will be held until we are contacted by you for reshipment. You also may have to pay additional shipping depending on circumstances.

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.


Shipping

 

We ship to virtually any address in the world. Your address will be verified upon checkout, if it is then there is no problem shipping to your country.

All items usually ship within 24 hours of payment being received. If you need item shipped Express mail we will do everything in our power to get item shipped as fast as possible. That will include a special trip to post office, even after shipments have been made, if that can save a day. Please be sure to express if you need items by a certain date so we can be aware and also we can give you a estimate of arrival time. 

 

Items in USA are shipped via USPS and are fully insured for replacement against loss and damage. in USA all boxes have a Delivery Confirmation number to confirm when package has arrived at your destination. This is not a tracking number however does sometimes work like one but not always, it depends on post office at that time. 

 

International First Class orders, according to the USPS, can take anywhere from 3 days to 5 weeks to arrive. Usually 10 working days is a good rule of thumb. Global Priority Mail Boxes can take 3 days to 10 Days to arrive and Global Express can take 3 days to 5 days to arrive. However in USA the post office does not guarantee anything.

 

Please note that some DVDs that are out of stock might take 5 business days to reach us from manufacturer before they ship to International destinations, from us, so on those shipments the normal time would be 15 days instead of 10. If that is a problem please ask ahead of time whether they are in stock or not. USA customers buying DVDs is not a problem as the out of stock DVDs are drop shipped from manufacturer within 24 hours of payment received.

 

We use a professional shipper and you are being charged the actual shipping charges based on weight and location. We always will combine shipping when possible. For foreign customers we will address their specific needs also.
