From Rambo III (1988) this is one of Sylvester Stallone's Screen Used Real Prop Scars. They can be seen on Stallone’s body throughout the film. It was originally obtained directly from the set. Item comes in a Labeled Plastic Coin Protector and Blue Bag.

This Rambo Real Prop Scar is in Excellent Screen Used Condition. It does show its age a bit but overall is in great shape. The Scar is made out of Latex material. The Prop Scars vary in exact size but are all about 3 to 4 inches long and made out of a Latex type of material.

This item was originally obtained directly from the Make-Up Department at the Studio during Filming. The Rambo Real Prop Scar comes complete with full Certificate of Authenticity.
